I’ve been getting lash extensions for a while, and Hailey is by far the best tech I’ve ever worked with. She’s incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and makes sure every lash looks perfect. My lashes always come out looking full, natural, and flawless—and they last! On top of that, Hailey is so professional and welcoming; her space is clean, relaxing, and comfortable. She takes the time to listen to what I want and delivers beyond expectations every single time. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their craft and their clients, Hailey is the one. I love this location. It's well ventilated, so it doesn't smell heavily of nail polish like other salons I've been to. I travel across all of Ann Arbor and then some, past soo many other salons just to come here

Gel removal was a little rough, final polish a bit sloppy (some nails have rough edges, clear polish went past cuticles or nail edges on some). But she was friendly and did check in with me multiple times to make sure I liked my nail length and shape.

Hands down the BEST lash experience at M1! Sonca is a master at what she does. My lashes look and feel amazing, perfect blend of natural, fullness and length. Attention to detail was TOP TIER. I will be back time and time again. If you’re on or around Ann Arbor, this is your go-to spot! 10/10!

My husband got a head message; I got a lash lift and tint. We both came away so pleased with the service provided. I never had a lash lift and tint before, and was happily surprised with the results. The salon is a calming atmosphere in the center of Ann Arbor. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lulu went above and beyond to help me get my dream wedding nails!! She took her time, changed things that didn’t work out, and took the time to explain all the new nail techniques available. Felt very comfortable as someone who doesn’t get their nails done often. :)

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I had a great experience! I really appreciated that the appointment started with a consultation to determine the right style for me and I’m very happy with the results. There was time to get all my questions answered and I appreciated the aftercare tips that were provided.

I've had a few nail services at BeeQ now and have been very satisfied with all the techs I've seen and their work for me. Today, Audrey removed an acrylic set for me and did a CND builder gel mani on my natural nails. I'm very happy with how things turned out - the builder gel is smooth and even. My gel nail polish has no bubbles. Audrey made things easy for me and was nice to chat with.

This was my first time working with Ava, and she was a delight! So warm and welcoming, and always checked in with me regarding my comfort, the shape of my nails, how many layers of polish I wanted, etc. She really put a lot of care into my nails, and it shows in the final result! I'm a generally awkward person when it comes to small talk, but I also get a little anxious when a nail artist doesn't prompt any conversation. Ava really hit the sweet spot of asking conversational questions while also being comfortable with spells of quiet during our session. I highly recommend her!

Absolutely flawless nails. I have been getting my nails done frequently for years. Dami did an amazing job on my pedicure. She was attentive and the massage was lovely. Phoebe did my manicure and it was truly perfect. My nails have been filed to the perfect length and shape, and the actual paint was flawless. Not many people can do nails like this! Highly recommend.

Love having Audrey do my nails, she was super patient with me while I struggled to pick my colors, she paid great attention to detail and made sure to take special care of my nail that is odd (because of an injury), and she is very talented with nail art. Would highly recommend!

It was great! Very clean inside, my nail tech was punctual and great to chat with. She explained what I had selected vs the other options available and I am really pleased with how my nails turned out. I’ll definitely be back to see her!

Unu did a great job on my nails! She is very friendly and kind. Compared to other nail techs in the salon she was very gentle on my cuticles and paid great attention to detail. She took her time and engaged in small conversation with me. I definitely will coming back to see her again.

Ava did a fantastic job and even accommodated my request for flower nail art. It looks AMAZING and I've already gotten compliments on how good my nails look. The salon was clean, bright, and I thought offered affordable pricing for quality work. I will absolutely be going back :)

Hadn’t had my nails done in a while and they were in bad shape. My nail specialist did a fantastic job on both my manicure and pedicure. She also helped me pick out the color I was looking for. She nailed it! I highly recommend this place!
