I had a wonderful experience here! Even though Pinky was busy, she still made time for me, which I really appreciated. She carefully explained my skin condition and recommended the best treatment for my face. The facial was excellent, and Pinky’s massage was so relaxing and professional. There was absolutely no hard selling, and they have plenty of promotions and discounts at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend Pinky if you’re looking for a professional facial with great service. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I’ve been coming here for years and the experience has always been amazing. I’ve done fat melt & sculpt, HIFU, nails, and have been doing my lashes with them since 2020. HIFU has honestly changed my life and I now understand the hype around it. I never have to look into the mirror after alicia is done with my lashes because I know it will always never miss. All in all, the results are always consistent and the service is super comfortable. The staff—especially Alicia—are always friendly, patient, and professional. Highly recommend! 💖

omggg i LOVE ALICIA 🥰🥰🥰 i showed her ONE photo of the lashes that i want and she immediately got the vision. SOOOO PRETTY im so happy with my lashes. been coming here since 2024 and never ever went to other lash studios in SG. every single set done by her has lasted me longer than i expect. 100% would recommend. people always compliment my lashes hehe. Been having my lashes done at Ciastudio and the service provided is great! Lash tech Alicia is skilful with her work and she usually gets your lashes done well in under 2 hours, and they last a long time. Had a very good experience here!

Booked a 2 hrs massage with Aly, very good massage. I had aching on my calf due to exercise, she was able to detect it without me telling her. My aching actually reduced after the session. I also understand that Aly is very good in manicure and pedicure, too bad I can't try that.

It’s my 2nd visit to this studio! Alicia is very friendly and the studio is clean as well. I did the PP slimming 2 times with her already so far and I would say I am definitely coming back for more! I have not seen much change in numbers (i am fine with it), but I have experienced what it helps me with. I pee more often and my bloat is alot lesser compared to before doing this. I have issues with a lot of water retention that’s why I decided to try this PP slimming with Alicia :) I am definitely coming back for more sessions! Plus can pay with CDC😝

It’s my first time there so i only did threading. Pinky did my threading and she did an amazing job considering both my eyebrows are not equal. Love the results and love her hospitality. This shall be my go to place in the near future since i live just a walking distance from elias mall.

I recently found ciastudio and it’s now my favourite place to go. I’ve been doing my fat melt treatments here and the results have been great. Alicia is always friendly, gentle and makes me feel really comfortable every visit. So glad I discovered this place!
