I have been coming to Kaye for my nails since January. For me, the biggest thing is feeling comfortable with someone and Kaye put me at ease from the second I walked in to my first appointment with her! So easy to chat to and it was instantly like we had known each other for years. I started my nail journey with tiny, bitten nails which she didn't bat an eyelid about being a problem. Every appointment she has made my nails look beautiful and gone above & beyond with different colours/designs. My nails are now so long and healthy and I love showing them off after each appointment! Thank you!!

Amelia was very professional and friendly too. She asked about my preferences and offered helpful advice. I am pleased with my French tips. Might be helpful to have a Notice signposting where to go for the appointment as no one appeared at the reception area where I waited.

I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kaye is brilliant at what she does, always does an amazing job, and somehow manages to make every appointment feel like a therapy session with great nails at the end. Such a laugh, instantly makes you feel comfortable, never judges, and is always happy to try anything you throw at her, even when you turn up with a vague “I want something… but not that” idea. Her advice is spot on, she actually listens, and you leave feeling happier than when you walked in, with nails that look unreal. Talent, laughs, and good vibes all in one chair

Charlotte is fantastic at what she does, her attention to detail when applying hair extensions is incredible and the results are amazing. She made me feel so welcome and truly listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair. This is by far the best place for hair extensions and I highly recommend 🙂💕

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Victoria was super friendly and welcoming. As we were in York for my daughters wedding we didn’t know where to get a hair up do and purely went off reviews. Victoria is excellent at up dos and 3 of us were more than happy with the end result. We would all 100% recommend her. You will not be disappointed I promise

A first time pedicure for me along with a toe nail reconstruction on a big toe and Kaye did a fantastic job. I was made to feel very welcome and at ease from the minute I walked in the door. This was my first time at Emerald Beauty with Kaye but I am sure I will be back. A lovely warm welcome and made to feel at ease immediately. We both chatted a lot! But I like to have some interaction with the person doing my nails. Kaye has worked wonders on my feet which were in need of a lot of TLC. My hands too look polished and classy.
