Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

Excellent nail technician. Chloe is very knowledgeable and takes time to look after your nails. She can paint any design you ask for taking time to ensure it is perfect. She has an excellent range of colours and is skilled at strengthening your nails with BISB. I’ve been to several nail technicians now and Chloe is bar far the best. I’d definitely recommend her!

I recently had BIAB nails done by Loveleen, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and relaxed. I can’t recommend Maya at Essence & Co enough! She always does an amazing job and is happy to take on the challenging nail designs I bring her. At my first appointment, my nails were very fragile after chemotherapy, but she was so reassuring, gentle and professional. Thanks to her care, my nails are now healthy and beautiful. She’s incredibly talented, friendly and always makes every appointment a pleasure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

As always, Maya made my nails look beautiful. She takes care to condition and shape each nail and then helps me to decide on what colour to choose this week! I leave her salon not only with gorgeous nails, but feeling very mellow after chatting with her. Maya has a wonderful kindness about her and a calm approach to life which makes her salon a lovely place to be. Even though I have to drive over an hour, I can’t imagine going to another salon for my nails.

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

The most amazing nail artist I have ever had! I felt taken care of, looked after, welcomed and we talked so much the time flew by! I recommend to everybody and anybody who want that fresh feeling when you get your nails done. Will be coming back in 3 weeks 🤩

Ellen provides the most impeccable and ideal nail tech experience. From our first contact on WhatsApp, Ellen provided prompt and clear information on how to book, and worked with me to achieve the looks I pitched on my moodboard! When I arrived, her studio was very well signposted, she was so friendly, offering me tea or coffee, as well as so transparent about her hygienic set-up which is so rarely seen in studios these days. Her work is so precise and neat, with my nails looking beautiful but actually feeling healthy too! Cannot recommend enough - 12/10 💅🏽💓

I’ve been having my nail done here for a while and after I tried another master, work was done ok. Gel itself is good, shape etc too but cuticle this time was done very badly. After my nails grew a bit it looks like someone was biting cuticle instead of cutting it
