I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was perfect and at the end, I felt like I could float home! I definitely recommend Paula for any massage treatments, you won’t regret it!!

I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Always a bit trepidatious to try a new massage therapist, but Paula was great; listened and understood what I needed and really targeted the areas we discussed. Excellent treatment, thankyou Paula.
