Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

Gabi was absolutely exceptional!! As someone who travels frequently and spends long days on my feet, I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. Gabi somehow found every pain point and expertly worked through them, leaving me feeling completely restored. The treatment was incredibly effective while still being relaxing, and her skill, intuition, and attention to detail really stood out. I walked in feeling tight and exhausted and left feeling lighter, looser, and like myself again. Thank you, Gabi, for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back!

I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. Her technique was both effective and tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling looser, lighter, and able to move much more freely. I can’t recommend Trang enough!

I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. She explained the cause of my neck pain clearly and provided effective hands-on treatment along with helpful exercises and posture advice. I came to Dr Stretch for help with months-long chronic low back pain, as well as neck/shoulder fatigue from spending too many hours at a desk. Rohan did a careful evaluation of different muscle strengths and weaknesses (have never had someone properly do this despite receiving many sports/therapeutic massages!!). He did very targeted massage work, releasing tight muscles and breaking up deep tension. It was seriously the most effective massage I've had! Rohan also shared a few targeted exercises to strengthen my weak areas and help prevent the issues recurring. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!

The studio was such good vibes and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted as well as my pain points around aftercare and styling. Super professional, experienced and talented. I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I booked with Joana relatively last minute to treat my ongoing hip pain. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and used a variety of techniques. In just one session she helped to relieve lots of my hip pain. The clinic itself is beautiful and is a very welcoming environment.

I had plantar fasciitis after running and the heel pain was really affecting me, especially in the mornings. I decided to try shockwave therapy and I’m very glad I did. After a few sessions the pain improved a lot and I was able to run again with much less discomfort. I’d definitely recommend MG Osteopathy to anyone struggling with persistent heel pain.
