Visited Paul after a particularly tough netball match - he worked through all my aches and pains and niggles and gave me excellent advice in how to care for my body when playing netball, but also in other sports and activities. He really knows his stuff!

I would highly recommend Paul. He took the time to understand my issue and then explained what was causing the pain. He talked me through each stage of the treatment and exercises. I came away feeling far more mobile than I have in months.

Paul is brilliant at what he does – knowledgeable, reassuring, and effective. I went to him with shoulder, neck, and back pain from overtraining while preparing for a competition, and he managed to release the tension the day before the event. I left feeling more mobile, and ready to perform. He quickly identified the problem areas and worked through them with skill. Highly recommend!
