I had the most the most fabulous massage on Friday, it was so relaxing and exactly what I wanted. I filled in a consultation form before the appointment and added some preferences, which were listened to and the pressure was double checked at the beginning of the session to make sure I was comfortable. Small things like this are really appreciated. The studio is bright and fresh and everything about Refined Radiance Beauty is inviting. Really friendly and kind and I would love to come back again soon - thank you!

Kate was amazing, so knowledgable and took the time to find out exactly what I want/ need for my skin. We went through my current skincare regime and she gave me a lot of great advice. The facial itself was such a relaxing, refreshing experience and the massage was 10/10. I will be booking here again!!

Row is everything a great skin care practitioner ought to be: welcoming, expert, reassuring and has those magic soothing hands! The consultation was really in-depth and Row explained to me what she had found, what she could do and how. The treatment (fire and ice) was excellent, again Row talked through each element and effect. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and skin journey.

Had my first consultation with Row, where we went through my concerns and she went through the ins and outs of the science behind facial care. I always like to know the why and felt I got a better understanding of what to use for my particular concerns. She gave me confidence in her knowledge and I'm looking forward to receiving my treatment plan and see my skin at its best 😊.

Kate is amazing ❤️ she has the most incredible touch and I could feel all my tension melt away! The facial massage was so lovely i feel like i have had my face lifted and sculpted.
