I’ve been seeing Nasra for over a year now and the difference in my skin has been amazing. She’s so knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand your skin and tailor every treatment to what you personally need. Her attention to detail is incredible and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients. She’s also such a lovely, friendly person who makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. I always leave my appointments feeling confident and looked after. I love The Boutique, Lucy is so wonderful and welcoming and amazing at what she does. I also get my nails done with Chelsey who is a very talented nail tech and is just so lovely. A real gem in the heart of Knowle!

I had my first treatment today, Sophie was so knowledgeable, yet humble. It was clear from our brief consultation that she knows what she's talking about;hormones, nervous system, body stress etc. She's very attuned to different people's bodies, I felt she knew what I needed pretty quickly. Sophie goes deep, beyond the physical aspects of a 'massage'. My actual treatment today was unlike any IV had before, each movement was with such considered intent and purpose, tackling multiple release points. I had a lymphatic drainage hybrid. I'm at complete ease of knowing I'm in good hands.

Always come in for a blowdry and am never disappointed. Always leave super happy. Gutted to hear Cody and the other girl That do my hair have left, hoping the replacements are just as friendly and good. Apprentice is also fab and so friendly. Love getting my hair done at Emava. Only observation, I am a very regular customer but never acknowledged or said hi to by the owner.

Amazing, Nasra was very welcoming knowledgeable and non judgmental. I was very worried about what my results would be but she really did explain everything and made me feel at ease and confident that my skin can improve. Highly recommend.

My hair had an absolute transformation today. Michelle was amazing from when I had my consultation weeks ago up until my appointment. The junior was also so friendly and the salon itself was clean, tidy and had a lovely vibe.

The therapist - Nasra is so so knowledgeable. They are priced high but the investment they have done on setting up the clinic with skin scanners to show the exact condition of the skin with utmost detail is remarkable. It’s worth visiting at least once.

I had an amazing experience at my consultation for Invisalign. All the staff were bright, cheerful and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my appointment. It was very informative and I feel all my questions and concerns were answered. From the thorough introduction from the receptionist, to the consultation and the free skin analysis, everything was so informative and I couldn’t fault the service

Absolutely love my colour and cut. Lucy deffo worked her Magic. Such a friendly bunch of people to be around. Went through everything step by step. It was my first time having anything like this done but Nasra explained everything. Told me what she was doing, every step of the way. Mostly she made me relax and enjoy the session! Would definitely book again ☺️

This was my second time visiting Lucy, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is incredibly professional yet so warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. My experience at Beyond Skin Solihull was amazing!! i cannot explain how impressed i was. the staff here were all so welcoming and we were greeted with a tour of the place and it was so serene and peaceful. they all make you feel very comfortable especially the skin specialist, Nasra who consulted me, she was so amazing and ensured i knew what was happening with my skin and that i understood the logistics behind it as well as how to improve it. her positive outlook on everything was so relieving
