I had a few treatments done today, some of which I've had before and continue to have on a regular basis as and when I can. One of the treatments which was exfoliating treatment I have never had this before and with suffering with dry skin especially on my legs right know I thought I'd give a go. Let me tell you it's the best thing every. Katy answered all my questions about it. My skin was left smooth and soft. The treatment can be done with a brush or glove, so if you have sensitive skin I'd opt for the glove. You will not leave disappointed 💜

Great customer service. Dr Naren is excellent. He spends plenty of time discussing the client's hopes and expectations and executes his work in an efficient and professional manner. Terri is absolutely fantastic, very professionalwith a great personality. The shop is always immaculate and inviting and I really enjoy my appointments. I've been having laser on my neck to get rid of quite severe hyperpigmentation and broke veins in my face. I'm now 3 sessions in and its already receding and the redness has reduced massively. It has the added bonus of skin tightening and rejuvenation. I hace also had a aprey tan with Terri. Highly recommend. Thanks Terry for all the help and advice. Xxx

I really enjoyed the consultation. I wasn’t totally clear on the new look I was after, Serena was confident and professional discussing ideas and styles that would suit me. I left the consultation excited for my upcoming appointment.

Once again I had a great experience at Serena Giscombe & Co. Cassandra and a trainee hairstylist were very welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I am happy with the results. However, I have had a more comfortable experience with one of your other staff. I felt the technique could have been better, my skin got pulled a couple of times.

Aimee has always been great with me so when it was time, I trusted her to wax my teenage daughter’s underarms. Excellent service as always!
