It was My first visit to the nook beauty and I would highly recommend. Gem was absolutely brilliant, I have never had an intimate wax before and I was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The room is lovely too. Rebooked in the spot. Thankyou I look forward to seeing you again.

I had such a calm and comfortable experience from start to finish. Gemma explained everything to me & reassured me. The space was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Gemma is very knowledgeable which helped me feel relaxed. The treatment itself was no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Gemma explained aftercare in person as well as all the information that was shared via email. I will 100% be back & would definitely recommend.

I’ve been seeing Gemma now for a couple of years for Botox but after a bad painful cheek filler experience somewhere else I was reluctant to try again. Gemma explained what she would do differently and I took the plunge for cheek and lip filler, an area I had never had done before. I can honestly say I wish I had done it sooner. I felt completely reassured throughout, the pain was minimal, my recovery seamless and I love the results. Gemma is so knowledgeable I always feel at ease in her care and our treatment sessions often feel more like therapy ! I can’t recommend her enough
