From the moment we started the online consultation, it was such a pleasure speaking with her. She made me feel completely at ease and never once made me feel rushed. She really took the time to listen to my concerns, and I genuinely felt heard and understood. What I appreciated most was her honesty. She didn’t promise miracle results overnight or make unrealistic claims. Instead, she gave me reassurance that with patience, consistency, and kindness towards myself, my skin can improve over time. This was the best consultation I’ve had. Busola was informative, understanding and ensured she took her time to listen to all my concerns. I was not rushed. She didn’t tell me to start using tretinoin which appears to be the trend, however, advised me on products that are going to target my current skin concerns (a simple skincare routine). It felt like talking to a friend on FaceTime. She made me feel calm and reassured throughout the whole consultation. Thank you!
