I booked this treatment the day before my birthday for a glow and lift effect, and I have to say—I've had many facials before, but this was by far the most amazing facial I’ve ever experienced! Laura was incredibly professional. Monique was extremely professional from consultation to completion. She asked loads of questions regarding my skin and thoroughly explained the procedures and the processes as she went along, advising me what she was doing and on completing, recommending the steps I should take moving forward. She was very gentle yet thorough and particular with her technique. I was so relaxed and calm because of her approach. I trusted her . with my skin .
