Kerrie is truly lovely and really reassured me from my first consultation appointment - which did include approx 1,000 questions from me. She was able to explain why I didn’t need certain areas of Botox (when I thought I did & requested these areas) she is super professional and completely puts me at ease! 🙂 the results have been great and not overly painful at all!

Carley done my eyebrows a few years back so didn’t hesitate to contact her when I was considering other treatment as I trust her 100% to be brutally honest! Had a consultation and explained what I was hoping to achieve and Carley explained every option available. Decided on chin filler to sharpen my jawline and not disappointed at all! I could see the difference straight away. Very pleased with the result and would 100% recommend Carley for any treatment you’re thinking of having. She’ll be seeing a lot more of me in the future 💜

I have been going to here for years and the service is always amazing! The ONLY place in London that I’ll go to get anything done! They are clean, attentive, skilled and go above and beyond for their customers. I have thick dark hair so its important to me to go to a place that really knows how to handle my eyebrows.

Once again, thank you so much Carley. I can already start to see the results from my treatment and I’m really pleased. Trusting someone with your face can be scary but I honestly feel really safe with Carley and know she wouldn’t give an “overdone” look. I feel like I have a fresher look and feel more confident in myself. She gave me all the aftercare information I needed and is always available to contact if I have any extra questions. What a beautiful salon. The girls made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked in. I was offered a selection of cold/ hot drinks while I filled out my consultation form too which was a lovely touch. Gorgeous decor, candles simply a relaxed vibe throughout my appointment 🥰. Mum’s first visit to you. She appreciated how lovely Aimee was and how easy she was to talk to & how she made mum feel comfortable which is lovely to hear. She’ll be back & maybe we can even persuade her to have a nice facial or massage which I know she enjoys as I’ve treated her to in the past when she visits me in West London.
