I had a great facial with Evee, it felt very relaxing, and my skin already looks glowy despite the extractions. My skin doesn't look inflamed, and I feel rested, can't wait for my holiday to start! I'll have to see how my skin reacts in the next few days, but I'm very satisfied and will be back. Everyone was super lovely, and the space was welcoming.

My 16 year old daughter has been going once a week for LED treatment and other facials to help with her severe acne and scaring. Mila is amazing with my daughter and her skin is improving after each visit which is making her feel more confident. I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. I have been to a number of places across London for a lash lift and tint, but they do not come close to Emily. The clinic is gorgeous, Emily is always warm, friendly and attentive. She has an amazing attention to detail and knowledge on all things skin and beauty. I look forward to my appointments. All of my friends also go to Emily, I feel lucky to have found her. Thank you!

Stephanie was so attentive and scrupulous as I have a difficult skin type and am quite anxious around facial treatments. She made sure to explain what she was going to do and checked in on me not only throughout the session but a few days after the facial as well. Definitely recommend booking with her!

I've just started my new skin care routine and the ladies have been so lovely. Solid advice and they care! I've now done my lashes done and had a pedicure, and a proper consultation for my super sensitive skin. We have a routine in place to help my skin - facials (including light therapy) and massages. Would recommend for any beauty therapy 😀

Lumi is amazing! Brilliant hydrafacial and the package is good value. Have been seeing Lumi for a year or so now and my skin is so much brighter with fewer break outs.

I had the best facial ever with Rachel!! A most amazing and relaxing experience in a very comfortable setting. I had the aromatherapy glow facial which really left my skin feel rejuvenated. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and has a lovely and caring manner, at all times making sure that the treatment was tailored to my needs. Can highly recommend. I'll definitely be back!

Fatima was very reassuring, calming and knowledgeable of the treatment. Thorough explanation given prior, during & after. Peace of mind knowing she is a nurse by background with many years of nursing experience behind her. Tailored the treatment specifically to me - numbing cream, needle size and provided me with a Lama stress ball to squeeze. Love it!!! Follow up consultation with her in 2 weeks to see how the results are but also I can contact them at any time if I have queries or concerns. Too early to say what my own individual results are but looking forward to an aesthetic improvement.

I absolutely love coming to About Yu, I’ve been a member now for 2 months and have had everything from brows to nails, massage, facial, lashes, waxing etc and they’ve all been absolutely incredible! It’s a stunning space which feels genuinely relaxing and every single staff member is a pleasure to work with and chat to. They’re all such experts in their field and you can tell they really enjoy working together as a team too. Had a Million Dollar Facial with Zita today and my skin feels a million dollars. She explained what was involved in the treatment and put me at ease after I completed the consultation form and was a bit concerned about meeting up with a friend for a coffee directly afterwards when I realised there was needling involved. But all was good and the redness subsided quickly. Very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend.
