I had a great facial with Evee, it felt very relaxing, and my skin already looks glowy despite the extractions. My skin doesn't look inflamed, and I feel rested, can't wait for my holiday to start! I'll have to see how my skin reacts in the next few days, but I'm very satisfied and will be back. Everyone was super lovely, and the space was welcoming.

I truly recommend recommend Maria Giovanna. She takes the time to understand your skin type and concerns and walks you through the options understandably and professionally. I am very glad I found this place and I am super happy with the result! I was looking for a new clinic and had heard lots of brilliant reviews about Dr Eldimarys in the local Crystal Palace beauty moms group, so booked in for a Botox consultation. Dr Eldimarys was brilliant. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, as she takes her time to analyse your face and is extremely patient and friendly. She also gave me great advice about what treatments I could look to do before my wedding which is this year. Will 100% be returning from now on, and would 100% recommended. Many thanks

Stephanie was so attentive and scrupulous as I have a difficult skin type and am quite anxious around facial treatments. She made sure to explain what she was going to do and checked in on me not only throughout the session but a few days after the facial as well. Definitely recommend booking with her!

I've just started my new skin care routine and the ladies have been so lovely. Solid advice and they care! I've now done my lashes done and had a pedicure, and a proper consultation for my super sensitive skin. We have a routine in place to help my skin - facials (including light therapy) and massages. Would recommend for any beauty therapy 😀

I was really anxious getting my hair cut as I have 3c curls. I'm so glad I went, Rumen had lots of knowledge on curly/wavy hair and made me feel straight at ease during our consultation. The cut was quick and he styled it really well after. I will be coming back as I have found my new hairdresser!

Relaxed atmosphere, good advice throughout about maintaining healthy skin

I had the best facial ever with Rachel!! A most amazing and relaxing experience in a very comfortable setting. I had the aromatherapy glow facial which really left my skin feel rejuvenated. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and has a lovely and caring manner, at all times making sure that the treatment was tailored to my needs. Can highly recommend. I'll definitely be back!

Fatima was very reassuring, calming and knowledgeable of the treatment. Thorough explanation given prior, during & after. Peace of mind knowing she is a nurse by background with many years of nursing experience behind her. Tailored the treatment specifically to me - numbing cream, needle size and provided me with a Lama stress ball to squeeze. Love it!!! Follow up consultation with her in 2 weeks to see how the results are but also I can contact them at any time if I have queries or concerns. Too early to say what my own individual results are but looking forward to an aesthetic improvement.
