Honestly the loveliest girl to go to really took her time going through everything on my consultation telling me what I should get and what I didn't need when I was asking for everything. Lois took the time to really make sure my lips were done as I had a broken jaw in the past an lips were uneven and she spent time checking and filling to make certain they were done right for me , highly highly recommended her , will never go anywhere else

A wonderful experience! The consultation was indepth and provided a great opportunity to provide a full picture of my problematic skin history, current routine & the desired outcome. Janine made me feel so at ease and explained everything to ensure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I left the appointment very hopeful and enthusiastic about my journey ahead!

Following on from my last visit for a consult. Today I had 3 areas of botox. Laura is very thorough with all the details pros & cons to ensure I was comfortable to go ahead. I am looking forward to seeing the results, thank you Laura. I will also be booking in for a twilight spa with my daughter or a day time one on my non working days, they look bliss. Such a beautiful environment and public parking close by too, bonus. Cannot wait to come back soon x

Amazing treatment, real in depth consultation before hand to understand my skin and concerns and a bespoke facial tailored to my skin. Aftercare advice and support. Had my regular appointment and continued with the Carboxytherapy treatment facials, after consulting and agreeing that these are going to be the best treatment for me at the moment while my body is in a period of change. Janine also included my neck in the treatment. Gorgeous head massage also and left, as always feeling relaxed, refreshed and with amazing skin. She's just the best! 🏅✨️✨️

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The whole spa was spotless, relaxing and felt so luxurious the second I walked in. I had the infrared sauna, steam room, Turkish foam massage on the hammam bed and finished with a full body massage… honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The staff were so welcoming and attentive and I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Definitely one of my favourite places I’ve visited in Liverpool and I’ll 100% be returning 🤍 Donna James

My first appointment today with Janine. What a lovely experience. Janine did a full consultation and gave me lots of advice for home care. The facial itself was very relaxing and I left with glowing skin. Even my partner commented when i got home how lovely my skin looked. Her treatment room is beautiful and calming. Went to the chemist aesthetics Liverpool today for a Japanese head spa and had the lovely Alexsia she made me feel at ease straight away. And throughout the process explained what she was doing it was absolutely amazing!! I've came out and my hair and skin feel unreal! I cannot wait to get back in for more treatments thank you so much xx
