Louise was so welcoming from the second I arrived. We had a consultation about my issue before she proceeded with the massage, she also provided advice on what to do next. 12 hours on and the pain has subsided so much. I've never been one for holistic massage but it will now be my go to especially when I have niggles. Thank you so much Louise. Recommend highly.

Charlotte was amazing! She made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The experience was fantastic, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. I’ll definitely be revisiting for microneedling and would highly recommend her to anyone considering treatment.

Louise instilled confidence very quickly during my initial consultation. She is so lovely and clearly passionate about her work. Ensuring the safety of her clients is paramount. Having not had a facial for many years, this was a real treat and I couldn’t have felt better looked after. She explained every element of what she was doing, didn’t rush anything and I left with my skin feeling so lovely. I highly recommend her to anyone considering treatment and look forward to returning in time.

Maddie knew exactly what I needed. She listened and advised me. Throughout my consultation she checked with me that I was happy with the cut and style. I especially like that she did not encourage me to purchase any products and recommended a realistic time to rebook to keep the shape of my hair. I cannot recommend Maddie, or the whole team enough.

Staff were very kind and helpful. I received a personal consultation with both the lovely hair stylist and salon owner and they understand the look that I was after and made their own professional suggestions as to the best possible options to suit my hair type. Really excellent service throughout with absolutely lush industry standard hair products. I was very happy with the end result. The salon atmosphere was friendly and there were moments of shared laughter which was needed. Music choice was also really cool. Overall really great vibes with top quality hair/beauty services/products.

Had my first treatment on my skin journey and was already feeling great due to the Medika8 products that I purchased in my consultation. I feel rejuvenated and excited for the next 6 months. Not only does my skin show visible improvement I feel energised and more positive. The pre and post care is beyond reproach and Sam is a true professional with so much expertise and knowledge. A wonderful experience. Louise provided lots of detail on her process prior to the massage so I was prepared and not second guessing. The massage itself was excellent and Louise helped work out a number of knots in my shoulders and left me soothed and relaxed. The overall ambience was fantastic. Everything I was looking for in a treatment massage and I will be booking again soon!

I had a Glow restore facial from Carol and it was the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! My skin has never felt so smooth, soft and refreshed. Such a calming experience from start to finish. I left feeling completely pampered. I can’t wait to come back – highly recommend!
