I had a skin consultation with Pam who was very understanding of my skin concerns and suggested products to help with my rosacea and specific facial treatments that would help. I also had Polynucleotides with Meesha who is a new experienced member of staff. She was very gentle and explained the treatment and benefits as I hadn’t had this treatment before. Highly recommend!

First time visit. The treatment was a facial which included a consultation. First impressions...the treatment room is beautiful, as soon as you walk in it feels calm and relaxed, spotlessly clean. The treatment bed is absolutely lush!! I could have fallen asleep straight away. The facial was beautiful, so relaxing and the products used were gorgeous. After the facial I was given some samples to try and some skin care advice. All in all a fantastic experience and one I would highly recommend. Will definitely be booking again.

Brooklyn is bloody lovely! I just had the basic facial today and absolutely loved it. She always makes the experience so relaxing — the heated blanket was on and was all warm and cosy, and the treatment was amazing as always, my skin is glowing.

Jodie has put me at ease and is very professional in her clinic, makes you feel very welcome, and her advice on my skin routine has been amazing, and the products that where recommend have made a massive difference on my skin, as they where recommend instead of other aesthetics that could of been sold to me, costing me more money, I'm thrilled with my results and have been today as a model for charlotte at a reduced price and was made to feel so comfortable with charlotte as jodie is going on mat leave and I've no issues now using charlotte while jodie has her well deserved time off.

I met Sam through football. I had mentioned my menopausal skin while having a mini meltdown. She recommended some products. I booked a husk and seed hydrating facial. Not only was it the best facial I have ever had but my skin instantly felt silky smooth. I can’t thank Sammie enough for giving me so much advice and genuinely caring about me. I have bought the products ( not through Sam ) she just tells you what is best for you so no hard sell just a genuine passion. I am really excited for my skin. First visit to this salon and what a fabulous experience. Booked an appointment for a hydra facial. On arrival Lisa sat me down and listened to what I wanted and advised that another facial would be more suitable for me. Throughout my whole visit I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The treatment itself has made my skin feel amazing and I have already booked in for another. Highly recommend this lovely salon and lovely staff.

The clinic is gorgeously peaceful, calming and every moment is thought about to ensure it is a wonderful experience. I couldn’t fault any experiences!
