I can not thank Cherri enough for her fantastic work. I had severe hair loss on one side due to eczema which makeup was hard to hide. Her work has given me back 2 eyebrows and my confidence. From the consultation to the appointment and aftercare she has been amazing and friendly. I wanted natural eyebrows and she delivered 100%!

I have been going to lissy for such a long time now as she is brilliant. I travel into Cardiff from out of area because it really is so worth it. Lissy is extremely skilled, professional and an all round lovely person! I get HD brows and LVL, and will definitely now be trying micro-needling.

Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

Stacie was so warm and welcoming. I had won a voucher she kindly donated to a school fundraiser and felt like I still had amazing service. She did a thorough consultation to see what I wanted and I absolutely Loved the finished look

All staff were welcoming and approachable and quickly diminished any anxiety I may have been feeling. The consultantation was informative and did not feel rushed which allowed for asking of questions and confirmations on specific details. Overall felt like care and attention was put into the consultation and general treatment of self. I am looking forward to going back and starting my treatment.

I arrived at the Brow Loft for my consultation a little nervous. I needn't have worried as Cherri immediately put me at ease. She welcomed me in and her pleasant, gentle manner made me relax instantly. She explained the whole process thoroughly and simply. Nothing was rushed and she gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Cherri's professionalism put me at ease. I felt confident that Cherri would be able to create very natural looking brows that we would both be proud of. The outcome was amazing. She's an incredible brow artist and you won't be disappointed. I came for the first time to Cardiff aesthetics and had dermaplane with chemical perl and micro needling.. The service was great and had good experience about the procedure and professionalism. My skin today feels smooth and glowing. I would recommend anyone who is looking for someone who has great knowledge of the services . The salon has a lovely atmosphere and close to my neighbourhood.

Consultation was conducted well very informative and helpful.. India was very patient and understanding to my skin needs . I was recommended products to use and suggested treatments that would benefit my skin long term .. which would be looked at after first treatment and assessed accordingly. I am very happy hence I always recommend this clinic.

Morgan was extremely helpful during my design consultation today! She talked me through the various pieces of jewellery available in a clear and thorough way, and provided clarification in response to all the questions I raised. Josie was great and made me feel at ease (I’m often a bit nervous about whether people will know what to do with my big curly hair!). She was really helpful in our consultation in helping me to work out what I really wanted. I’m really pleased with the results and the colour suits my skin tone much more than what I’ve gone for previously. Only negative was it was super cold to sit still for so long but other than that very happy with the experience.

This has to be the best beauty salon in North Cardiff: The staff are very warm and welcoming, and the treatments are exceptionally good. The Beauty Rooms are spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. If you’re looking for a professional job carried out by lovely people, come here!
