5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .

I couldn't be happier with my results! From the initial consultation, Rachel was incredibly attentive, listening carefully to my concerns and providing realistic expectations. After having my ears pierced with Empress caerphilly last year, there was no where else I'd take my daughter for her ears to be pierced. My daughter was quite nervous, but was totally put at ease, and was talked through the whole process. Can't recommend them enough. She's now looking forward to booking her nose piercing.

I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had my nose pierced at Empress, Caerphilly. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They made the experience very comfortable and took the time to explain after care treatment thoroughly.

Amazing experience laura was great. Me and my sister both had a few piercings and I also had a earring change. Laura was amazing with us we had a fun time having our ears done. We will be back again. 10/10

Laura and Jess were marvellous with my daughter today. She did cry, but despite the tears she felt comfortable and happy in their hands. The shop, including the toilet, was absolutely spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend, and visit again. Thank you x

Awesome! The studio is stylish, clean and very professionally run. The girls working there are absolutely Lovely. My daughter is type 1 diabetic, which can be problematic with piercings, but they proved their knowledge and advised me accordingly, were super reassuring and no problems at all. They couldn’t have done better Testament to that, I have since gone back to get her ears pierced a second time and had no hesitation choosing them to pierce her nose too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Top class service from an Epic team.
