I’ve visited Emma twice now for vitamin D & B12 injections, both times she has been friendly and welcoming. It’s really nice to be able to walk in and feel like you have known each other for ages because she is so easy to talk to. I also asked about another treatment today and she was able to give me lots of information on not only which treatment go for but also gave me some advice on how best to treat my skin in between visits.

Perfect, as ever. Nicole gets my cut right every single time and today was my first time visiting Alicia and Dani and both were incredible! I had zero idea what I was even really asking for and they have given me a better service than I could have hoped for! Also were super accommodating of me needing to lay at awkward angles to accommodate a giant bump!

My experience with Liam was lovely. I was very anxious to have my hair cut as I wanted quite a change (for me). Liam supported what I was asking for and didnt question it at all - I know it seems silly, but it felt really validating. In the past I have gone to stylists who have told me what I have asked for will not suit me and then I have become insecure and left them to their own devices, almost always leaving devastated. Liam cut my hair so well - I am SO pleased with it. (I also appreciated that it was not a terribly chatty session as I really just needed to decompress)

Nicole is great! She has a great sense of style and knows exactly what hairstyle would suit your face! She can provide advice if you aren’t sure about something or she can do exactly what you asking for! She is professional, intuitive and lovely to chat too also she has the most adorable dog that she brings to work sometimes :-)! Highly recommend Nicole!

Best facial in Bristol. I am in my 60's and my skin feels young, fresh and hydrated. All her facials treatments are carefully put together. Norah is very friendly and welcoming too.
