First time having a sugar wax. I am also eight and half months pregnant and it was very much pain free, and actually quite relaxing. Also super effective. My skin feels really soft and smooth.

I feel I repeat myself whenever I leave Pip a review, but she totally deserves a 5+ for every service I use! I had a wonderful and relaxing facial and Pip ensured I was warm, happy and comfortable for the whole time. Had my nails done by Shaff at Kaycie Kyle ahead of my international Scouting adventure – and honestly, they’re perfect. Every detail was intentional, from the shape to the polish, but it was the nail art that really blew me away. I gave her a pretty specific brief – something that blended Portuguese culture with a twist of Moot magic – and she absolutely nailed it (pun, obviously, intended). Shaff was warm, focused, and so skilled – one of those people who quietly makes you feel totally at ease while creating tiny masterpieces on your fingertips. Thank you, Shaff – you’re an artist.

Had the BEST experience with Carly at the butterfly lounge! She was so knowledgeable and taught me so much about my hair and what I can do to keep it in the best condition. The service was so personal and I felt really at home while I was there! Most importantly, my hair is absolutely amazing! I am totally in love with it and it’s given me so much confidence! Would recommend Carly and the butterfly lounge in a heartbeat!!

Bindya was friendly and welcoming. Her treatment room was very clean and filled with lovely aromas. I was nicely warm and comfortable through out my back massage and facial. I could feel her experience from her techniques and great feel of touch that you can switch off. I enjoyed every minute of it and felt refreshed, relaxed with a glowing skin afterwards. Amazing facial! I felt so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep and came out with the most glowy skin. It was great to get an extraction, as not many techs over this service. Very gentle and came away feeling really cleansed and hydrated. As Shan said like a glazed donut 🤩
