First time having my hair cut here and I loved the experience with Lucy! She made me feel very welcome and I’ve booked in 2 further appointments. A lovely creamed iced coffee was delivered with speed followed by a revitalising hair wash with scalp massage before a very thorough consultation. The results were stunning and perfect. Absolutely in LOVE with the colour Lucie did for my hair, exactly the shade I was looking for and I’ve received so many compliments. Going through our consultation she gave great advice about what would suit my skin complexion and features and I’m over the moon with the results x

Visited Liv for a lip augmentation at the weekend. This is a treatment that I’ve never had before but I had a consultation with Liv before my treatment. She was very knowledgeable and I came away fully informed of what treatment would be best for my individual lip shape. She made me feel at ease from the beginning. Charlotte's clinic is a little piece of heaven, it smells divine & it's so cosy.
