The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! Great beard trim at W&H with Emily; have visited several times now and always receive a very warm welcome, and offer of a drink whilst waiting. It's nice to see an independent barbers supporting Westbourne, including the attached 'Hutch' coffee shop next door which I grab my regular skinny latte's from on Sundays. Keep up the brilliant work guys!

Ana gave lots of information which was very useful and I have booked a treatment as a result. Thank you One small thing the skin face scanner is in the middle of the shop which is a little strange. Plus the skin consultation was standing up in a room. Would have been a nicer experience if the face scanner was in a room where you could then sit down comfortably and have a chat about what treatments are recommended.

I visited Sarah today for a combination of Botox and Vitaran polynucleotide treatments. Sarah provided a really excellent comprehensive consultation last week to talk through my treatment options and allay my concerns about a previous bad Botox experience at a different clinic. I felt very reassured by Sarah’s honest, friendly and professional advice. I can’t wait to see the results. Very happy customer.

I cannot recommend IK Aesthetics enough. I had a skin consultation to discuss my areas of concern and never before have I received such thorough and honest information. Kasha listened to my concerns and showed me what the impact be with appropriate filler placement to create a natural improvement to certain areas.
