The appointment was for an hour but I spent 1:30 h there. Everything else was great. Wished I had an extra coat, but didn’t say anything since I was running late already. Staff was kind and paid attention to details. I would come back on a day where I have no where to be after!

Nisha takes the time to thoughtfully curate treatment plans based on each individual’s needs. She was incredibly patient in explaining treatments and never once pushed products or prioritized sales. I’ve been to many skin and laser clinics where the focus is on selling, but that was never the case with Nisha. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. This place is truly a hidden gem in Toronto. Highly recommended!

5/5 ⭐️ Jay Nguyen (@butterskinbyjay) is honestly top tier. I’ve gone to him for the Starlight Glow facial and I just finished my 3rd microneedling session, and my skin keeps getting better — smoother, brighter, and more even. What I like about him is he actually knows skin, especially acne/sensitive, and he doesn’t rush the treatment. Clean setup, explains everything, and gives proper aftercare so you’re not guessing. I had an amazing experience with both of the hair stylists at Bayside saloon! They took the time to do a thorough consultation, listened carefully to what I wanted, and delivered a flawless cut, colour and style. My hair feels incredibly healthy and looks exactly like the reference photo. Both of them are highly skilled, professional, and wonderful to chat with. I’ve already received so many compliments. Highly recommend!

I had my first full body laser hair removal session with Jeevi at ChaimsPro, and it was truly a great experience. As a first-timer, I had some nervousness, but she took the time to explain the entire process clearly, answered my questions patiently, & made sure I understood what to expect. She provided consultation as well which was very much helpful. She checked in regularly to ensure I was doing okay and adjusted as needed. I truly appreciate her professionalism, knowledge, & the care she showed during the entire session. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering laser treatments.

skincare and facial goat 🫡🫡 i’ve been coming to her since october 2025 and she’s explained every step of the facial process very clearly. additionally she is extremely attentive and helpful about the post-treatment ie. if you’re unsure about which product is safe to use right after, she will take the time to do research and inform you about it. so far, i have done the barrier repair facial, green sea peel and microneedling. they are all great and if you’re not sure about which one to do, elaine will do a consultation at the beginning of the session regardless. anyway book wit her yall 🤞✌️

I had such a great experience with Jahniah for the New Client Consult + Treatment. She started with a really thorough skin analysis and consultation where we talked about my skin history, concerns, and goals. I appreciated how detailed and knowledgeable she was—it felt very personalized rather than rushed. The facial itself was amazing and tailored exactly to what my skin needed. My skin felt super clean, refreshed afterwards. She also recommended a toner that I decided to purchase, and I’m honestly loving it so far!

I got the best experience the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and cared from nurse Therese! She made my two hours appointment feel so fast and the fact how gentle she was. I normally get allergy reactions from lash extensions, but with her I barely had any. Therese was very friendly and considerate of every single little thing. She also has the best customer service that a client could ever ask for. This is why her client stayed loyal to Therese :) Best service and care in Scarborough and Toronto!
