I had such a great experience at the salon last night with Alex. She highlighted my hair in preparation for extensions this weekend and it turned out so nice, exactly what I was hoping for. The colour looks really natural and blends so well. She was also so sweet and gentle and made the whole appointment feel really relaxed. You can tell she actually cares and takes her time with what she’s doing. I can’t wait to see the final result with the extensions, I’m already so happy with how everything is looking so far!

I have finally found an excellent hairdresser! Her name is Nikky. She is kind, knowledgeable and bilingual. My haircut is crisp and fresh and my colour is wonderful! Her shampoo and massage are amazing.

I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. She recommends products to make the hair healthy/protected both before and after colouring. I love her balayage work. Next up is a haircut!! I always feel great after my appointments. Alessandra is a true expert - the queen of extensions and hair colour! I searched for years to find a hairstylist I could truly trust, and I’m so glad I found her. Highly recommend this salon!! Nichole and Erica are amazing!! Super chic comfortable vibe in the salon!! Definitely a salon where you feel like you’re being pampered! Nichole did exactly what I asked her to do and my hair turned out better than I could have expected!! 100 percent going back!
