The renovated salon looks and feels amazing! All your staff are kind, friendly and professional. I had a not so great experience my first time here and I really wanted to give the benefit of doubt. I’m so glad I took another chance - I’ll be returning! Thank you for offering a salon for us in London - we are sincerely under acknowledged and I have yet to find a salon that compares locally.

I had an amazing experience at Braids and Wigs! From booking my appointment to the moment I left, everything was smooth and professional. I got cornrows done, and they turned out exactly how I wanted. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service really stood out. I highly recommend Braids and Wigs to anyone looking for quality braiding and a great overall experience!

Amanda is THE BEST!!!!! she took great care of my hair, she knows what she's doing, she put her heart and soul into it. She spent 6 hours on my hair to make it match my expectations and voila! The outcome was gorgeous!! Would definitely 10/10 recommend Amanda and I'm always choosing her ❤️

Honestly one of, if not the single best hair appointment I've had. I know what the expectation is since my sister is a hair professional herself and I've also been to tons of hair salons so I have that perspective. Amanda went above and beyond to help get me back into the game and restore my confidence, was very kind, considerate and thorough and was very fun to chat with. 10/10 thank you so much! (:

I recently had my appointment with Amanda, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly communicative, warm, and professional from the moment I sat in her chair. Throughout the entire appointment she checked in with me, asked questions to make sure I was comfortable, and explained every step clearly. Her recommendations for my hair care were genuinely helpful, and she even shared great advice about settling into life in Canada as an international student.
