I booked a wash and cut service which was great, exactly what I was looking for. I did also book a 15 min keratin consultation but I felt that my stylist was not able to answer some of my questions around the kertain product. Upon arrival, I was told the stylist i was booked with was not available due to unforseen circumstances, at 1st I was not happy but Jessica stepped in immediately making me feel comfortable with her friendly demeanor. I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Its been a long time since I requested an old school blow out! Craig did an amazing job creating volume and smoothness to my long hair. He has incredible attention to detail and my hair looked picture perfect! I will definitely recommend Craig for anyone wanting a beautiful blow dry.

I booked this appointment for mum and sent some pics for inspo to discuss during the consultation. Omg Layla totally nailed the brief and gave her the look she was after which also knocked 10yrs off her age. Thank you for making her look absolutely beautiful and feel comfortable during the entire transformation process. She was completely blown away by the peaceful atmosphere in the salon, the hospitality as well as the kind & gentle nature of the staff.
