I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely 5 stars! I had the most amazing hair treatment + relaxing hair wash + head massage, finished off with a fresh trim. My hair feels so soft and is looking glossy like I just walked out of a shampoo ad 😂 Ronel is a master hair expert — she knew exactly what my hair needed. And Warda was incredible too. Both of them did an amazing job and made the whole experience so relaxing. Not to mention there are a range of curated hair products that I always use to keep my hair in great condition. Omg Layla totally nailed the brief and gave her the look she was after which also knocked 10yrs off her age. Thank you for making her look absolutely beautiful and feel comfortable during the entire transformation process. Ronel is the best perm artist in Cape Town. She listens to your needs and always go the extra mile. I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

Omg what an amazing experience! I came in for a wash and cornrows. Bennie really took her time with my hair and made sure she did a thorough job from the hair washing, the massage to the finish product. The receptionist and owner are really sweet girls too! Highly recommend
