I went for a consultation, I was met with very friendly ladies who gave me great advice & made me feel welcome. After having the same hairdresser for years I was unhappy with my hair. Wow I absolutely love my hair now. Hayley is lovely, very friendly & professional. She is very experienced which showed in the end result. She knew what colour would look best on my hair. Best decision I made. I highly recommend Charlie Brown's 😊

As usual, Charlotte made a lovely job of my hair. All done with care snd respect, and a nice chat! She is excellent value for money too.

Claire is super welcoming, initial consultation she took time to explain the process ensuring that at today's appointment I knew what to expect. My hair looks and feels amazing and so much better than it's felt and looked in a very long time.

From having a bad experience with hair extensions Becci has given me my confidence back! Becci was very honest and friendly on how to get my hair looking healthy again, she took her time with me to explain what colours I could go for in the future and maintenance that suits my lifestyle. Had a last minute ask of Claire for a hair pin up. Given great advice on how to prepare my hair so Claire had the best ‘mop’ to work with. I left Claire to decide what to do and it was just brilliant!!! Stayed in all day and overnight too (too many bubbles at the wedding to tackle it) such a talented lady! Thanks so much xx

Went for an initial consultation and discussed a treatment plan, I stated the one I had in mind from my online research but Sharon advised a different course of action which would not only be better for my hair but save me money! Such a lovely woman, we have the best chats and feels like I’m chilling at home when I’m in her chair! Regarding my hair? The only way I could explain the miracles she has performed on my hair is if I could upload pictures (if I could I would) 😭 she really understands what she’s doing and also brings your vision to life better than you imagined!

I rate my visit at the salon the highest score possible!My appointment included a haircut, two hair colors, botox treatment, and eyebrow shaping with lamination. The whole experience was incredibly professional we discussed the haircut, color, and treatment in detail, and everything was clearly explained, including which products were used for the botox treatment. The girls have amazing knowledge and really perfected every detail just as I wanted the cut, the color, and the care for my hair, plus the shape and lamination of my brows.The result is absolutely stunning!
