I had an amazing experience at this med spa! From the moment I walked in, Trinity at the front desk made me feel welcomed and comfortable with her friendly personality and excellent customer service. She was attentive, professional, and made the entire check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Kloei, my aesthetician, was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything while making sure I felt comfortable throughout my treatment. Her attention to detail and passion for what she does truly show in her work. The entire experience exceeded my expectations,

Brows & Brows Spa is exceptional. I visited for brow tattoo removal in preparation for microblading, and the service was outstanding. Paulina was accommodating and fit me in for a last-minute facial, and I took advantage of the O2 Facial promotion. Kloei provided a professional, knowledgeable, and attentive treatment that was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The spa is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and creates the perfect atmosphere for self-care, with a warm staff that genuinely cares about its clients. I highly recommend Brows & Brows Spa for both brow and skincare services.
