This is my first experience of a Dermaplane facial. Absolutely amazing. I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. The whole experience was actually really enjoyable and relaxing especially knowing the positive impact on my skin. My skin feels wonderful. Actually glowing. I've already booked my next one.

I had a wonderful facial experience today with Elle. Always very professional and explained everything clearly. The treatment was relaxing and my skin feels smooth, hydrated, and glowing. I had the most wonderful experience with Gina in her lovely treatment room, in her salon. The Crystal Clear facial was amazing, my skin felt refreshed, smooth and glowing. Gina is incredibly informative and clearly has a genuine passion for skin health, which made the treatment feel both luxurious and educational. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, calming, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1111 to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a truly relaxing experience.

Mya looks after me at the Aesthetic Company in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. She is friendly, enthusiastic and excellent at what she does. She has managed to get rid of the red spider veins on my cheeks and around my nose which were making me unhappy about the condition of my skin. I now don’t need to put foundation on my face every day, which I always did, to disguise the red spider veins. I am absolutely delighted and thrilled that I can now go out without my usual make up thanks to feeling happy and confident with my skin. Thanks Mya, you’re a star!
