Heather always gives the best facials and takes care of you from the moment you walk through the door, she's kind, welcoming and super friendly, I have never once felt judged. She is so gentle, but thorough in how she gives facials, and you can clearly tell just how passionate she is about skincare. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else and would recommend Heather to anyone seeking skincare advice or specialised facials. Thank you so much Heather.

I had a great experience with my aesthetic treatment, especially for my eyes and lips. She is extremely gentle, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the process. Her approach is very professional and tailored to what actually suits your face. I went to Millie’s Beauty for the first time today for a build-your-own facial, and it was honestly amazing. I chose dermaplaning, extraction, and a shoulder, neck & scalp massage - the dream combo! Millie is so lovely and friendly, and she made me feel comfortable straight away. She really knows her stuff when it comes to skincare, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and absolutely glowing. Highly recommend! 💛

What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return.
