My first time (at the age of 50!) of having any kind of treatment, i was a bit nervous but Natalie put me at ease straight away and was very welcoming. I had dermaplaning done, with Natalie explaining everything to me, including aftercare. I love the results, would recommend to anybody thinking about it. Also discussed having my eyebrows done as well (having never even had them plucked before 🙈) and will definitely be booking in soon. Highly recommend Natalie to anybody looking for treatments, especially nervous first-timers like me 🥰

It was so relaxing and cosy having the fluffy blanket whilst having them done in the treatment room upstairs - what a really nice touch.
