I had the most relaxing Hydrafacial with Molly yesterday and it was such a lovely experience. She was so warm and kind, as always, and explained each step, making me feel completely at ease. I also had dermaplaning for the first time, and she did it with so much care and attention. My skin felt incredibly smooth, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. Molly is so professional and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her and can't wait to book again!

As usual, these ladies do magic work on my feet, managing to get them smooth and colourful each and every time. Whatever I "break", they fix. Their salon is peaceful, quiet, feminine, discreet, just like the name. It's a gentle feminine gem, hidden in the middle of a busy area. Thank you, ladies, for all your hard work! 🙏🏻

I’m absolutely in love with my nails! Grace has done the most beautiful design with delicate black flowers, and the attention to detail is incredible. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the finish is flawless. Such a lovely, friendly experience from start to finish. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I came in straight from London needing a refresh, and Lotus Salon was perfect! It was right around the corner from my accommodation, and the women were so lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. My gel manicure was flawless—super clean with a smooth removal—and my brows and upper lip threading were done with great precision. All of this for only £43—such amazing value! They’ve just opened, so if you’re in the area, definitely support these wonderful women and their small business. I’ll be back for sure! Thank you so much!
