Best experience I’ve ever had! She was so attentive and her attention to detail was unbelievable. She was light handed so it didn’t hurt nearly as much as I’ve experienced previously. She really took her time to talk me through the process which put me at ease as it was my first visit. The results are phenomenal and I’m so happy that I decided to visit her! 10/10!

I booked in for the Head, Neck & Scalp Ritual, and it was such a treat! Nerissa explained the service beforehand so I knew what to expect, and made me feel so relaxed and treated. Despite the spa being located in the centre of Leeds, it feels so tranquil and you would not know. Such a lovely little retreat.

Amazing experience! Such a germ in the heart of Leeds! I wish I would know it earlier. So beautiful, cute and cozy place. Very warm inside what is important during massages. You can feel the warmth and hospitality in every detail.

I had an incredible facial at The Beauty Box Leeds (141 Stainbeck Ln, Chapel Allerton). The salon is calm, clean, and beautifully set up perfect for relaxation. The treatment was fully tailored to my skin, including a deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and an amazing facial massage. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward. I had the Million Dollar Facial with Sophie, and it was pure perfection from start to finish. Sophie is so friendly, warm, and welcoming — she instantly makes you feel relaxed and completely at ease. Her professionalism and expertise shine through in everything she does. Just been and had an amazing pumpkin 🎃 facial with peel and first time under LED lights and steam. This was the best facial ever and I’ve had a few! Was worried about the led as can sometimes feel claustrophobic. But Rachel put me at ease and the whole experience was 5 star! Will def be booking again and maybe next time try it with dermaplane. The room was very calming and cknfidtsnke and at one point I almost drifted off. Highly recommend.
