After a really long break due to ill health, returning to Shellie for an oxygen facial was such a joy. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling fresh, hydrated, and renewed. Outstanding! Nicola made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Very professional but also extremely personable and friendly. Tailored my experience too with being pregnant which was lovely. Very knowledgeable of her products and all their ingredients. An amazing facial which was super kind to the skin and each step was explained. Lovely arm, hand, shoulder, neck and head massage too. Her set up is also gorgeous and very professional. I would highly recommend Nicola to anyone regardless of their skin care journey, whether a newbie or pro, Nicola has you covered!

From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing- and the therapist truly made it. She was so profesional gentle. And clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and tailored everything perfectly to my skin. I had the fire and Ice facial which was truly incredible- you can literally feel it working. My skin feels smoother, looks brighter and has that fresh glowing look straight away. Honestly, it was such a lovely experience made even better by a highly talented therapist. Highly recommend. 5*as always! Rachel is so lovely & attentive, I have never normally enjoyed getting my nails done, but since coming to the hideaway I do, her work is immaculate & the coffee & treat is always a nice touch as well as the nice chats! I can never wait to come back!
