Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

I recently had combination brows along with fat freezing & skin tightening treatments with Nahid, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and fully informed about every step. My brows look absolutely stunning natural, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I wanted. I did a hybrid brow course with Resian today and it was absolutely amazing! The session was super informative, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. The pace of the course was perfect—steady and detailed.Everything was explained so clearly that nothing ever felt confusing.Resian was supportive every step of the way. She’s such a bubbly, friendly teacher, and her energy made the whole experience enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend her more!

My experience at The blvck lounge, was amazing and I left feeling satisfied and refreshed. I had booked the Dermaplaning (a facial). Khelya was very friendly and welcoming offering me light beverages. The room was cosy and aircon really made a difference as it was a HOT day. Would definitely recommend as products are of high quality and service is immaculate, will definitely be going back.

Had my eyebrows done, and I couldn't fault them at all. I love them, It didn't feel rushed it was surprisingly relaxing (for an eyebrow wax) it actually felt like a treat. Already recommended to others. I'll 100% be back :)

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞
