Sam is amazing! She is helping me, at the ripe old age of 33 lol, with my skin. She has currently recommended me an amzing new skin routine to my budget and we went with a carbon facial as a boost for the skin and this was amazing! I have very very sensitive skin. And when I tell u no irritation at all. My skins has never been so smooth, redness has generally decreased. Pore are less noticeable but forever in love with how soft my face it has help with texture so well. Can't wait to have another one.

I recently treated myself to a facial and dermaplane treatment with Vic, and honestly, it was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. Always receive the best service here. The staff are incredibly welcoming and consistently provide excellent care. I’ve been coming for tattoo removal and every visit has been a positive experience. The place itself is also always so spotless and they even had air conditioning during this heatwave which was a bonus! Always look forward to my visits.

The salon is gorgeous and beautifully clean. Jess is lovely and gave a lot of time to explaining products and focussed on how to better my troubled areas. She also wrote down what she recommends for my skin to help it improve- no hard sell or pushing. The facial was lovely and relaxing! My skin felt amazing and glowy when leaving. Very happy! I came for the first time to Cardiff aesthetics and had dermaplane with chemical perl and micro needling.. The service was great and had good experience about the procedure and professionalism. My skin today feels smooth and glowing. I would recommend anyone who is looking for someone who has great knowledge of the services . The salon has a lovely atmosphere and close to my neighbourhood.

Its always a little nerve wracking going to a new therapist for massage and facials etc. I saw Natalie this week for the Full body lymphatic massage & lymphatic lift facial. I also added in a cheeky dermaplaning. It was the most wonderful experience! Natalie was instantly warm & welcoming, making me feel comfortable. Nothing was too much of a problem & Natalie explained everything fully. Unfortunately i couldn't try the LED as i am photosensitive due to meds. Natalie took my safety & health as a high priority. The results from the treatment are incredible & i will be coming regularly.
