Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

I Had carbon laser done, Faiqa was very professional, she went through everything throughly, and made sure I was comfortable, she gave me complimentary treatments too. I could see instant results after my treatment.

Hannah is a skin magician 🪄 i have just completed a custom microdermabrasion facial course with microneedling to prep for my wedding & my skin has never felt and looked better. You’re relaxed the second you walk in & Hannah makes sure the facials are always targeted to your individual needs. I even had a skin tag removal and dermaplaning whilst I went through my course & everything has given me amazing results. I’ve just had the most incredible signature facial and can’t recommend it enough. I’m 35 weeks pregnant so finding something pregnancy-safe that still delivers results is so important and this was perfect. The pressure during the facial was amazing, so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The dermaplaning has left my skin unbelievably smooth, clean and glowing. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I had medical micro needling with Abbie! The experience was so calming and I felt really pampered throughout and she made sure that I felt comfortable and understood the aims and expected side effects and aftercare. To say it’s tiny needles going into your skin I felt so relaxed, I could have fallen asleep! I know results take weeks to fully see but even immediately afterwards my skin looked so glowy and plump! I’ll definitely be going again! Thank you!
