For my first experience it was good. I cant compare since this was my first like mentioned. Here are a few things I find should be improved: the location is not the best as the door would often opens and we(we were 3 ladies) would hear cars go by and people talking from outside. I find that the 3 stations should be in a closed room. The bathroom def needs some love, feel like I was going to a gaz station bathroom. Now for the head part, it was great. Loved the analyse of the hair scalp, loved the treatment they put in your hair but didn't feel the ''WOW'' moments I was expecting.

This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again.
