Shannon always provides a great experience and service. Always up for a wee chat and a laugh and never does any work without confirming with you also Shannon isn’t afraid to give you her opinion if she thinks it could look better. Had my lil boy (2) in today for his first visit to Natty & Co. He was upset to say the least but Shannon was amazing with him. Very calm & patient. Great experience well traumatic for my boy lol but Shannon was fab! My boy will now be visiting regularly & hopefully comes to enjoy his haircut in no time!! Thanks again. Xx

Went for our son's first hair cut and can't praise Shannon enough! He was fidgety and curious but she was patient and calming with him. Ended up having all 3 children there and the girls can be riots at the best of times but she was calm with them and didn't get annoyed with the million questions or being nipped at. Husbands said he now has a new hairdresser instead of going into town all the time!
