The whole process she explained everything in so much detail. After having them re-filled and even during the dissolving process Leila kept in touch with me and asked for updates which I’ve not had before! Such a lovely soul I couldn’t recommend her more!

To me da actual treatment room was bigger than da previous 1 at king cross.And yes delighted that da freezing(cooling)machine was back up and running again certainly helps loads when getting face lasered.Upon arrival very peaceful & quiet i really liked dis no one around but music was playing at da rite volume 4 me not too loud and not so quiet that u couldn't make out da words 2 da song playing.
