I have had my previous lip filler (that I had done elsewhere) dissolved and my lips refilled by Carolina and she is highly professional, explains everything she is doing thoroughly and both treatments were virtually painless! She is lovely and makes you feel relaxed too. Would highly recommend her and will be using her again for other treatments!

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I recently had the lip blush done.I was a little nervous as never had a tattoo or anything. As always Eve was really helpful and explained the whole process. She is always very professional and makes sure you know what's being done each step of the way. Numbing gel was applied to my lips but I thought it still may be painful. It was absolutely fine, just felt like a small scratch in places.It then just felt like chapped lips.All of the aftercare was explained and a little aftercare pack given. I absolutely love the end result. It's been 48 hours now, colour still great,feels like dry lips

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Ciara is very professional and also so friendly, you feel instantly comfortable with her. She is great at what she does and I always absolutely love my results. Had my lips done with Ashantay today and can honestly say, what a lovely experience. I’ve never experimented with filler before but she really put my mind at ease and really talks you through the whole process. I left feeling SO much better and has already made all the difference to my confidence. Such a lovely girl and really made the experience pleasant & calming (considering how terrified I originally was). Couldn’t recommended her enough!

I was nervous of having lip filler with just numbing cream but I didn’t need to be Shannon explained the procedure and what technique would work for my lips. A couple of stingy sensations during the procedure, Shannon was brilliant throughout explaining and being as gentle as possible. Fabulous thank you very pleased with the results 😘 xx

Eve is brilliant at what she does. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed whilst having your treatment. I had lip filler today for the 2nd time but this time had injections in the gums and wow what a difference it makes! So much better and less painful! I am so so happy with my lips and will definitely be booking up again!
