Honestly I don’t know where to start,I can’t recommend this lady enough.I’ve been having treatment of Jess for a few years now for my eyebrows lip and chin waxing and eyelash tint,facials.she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and I always leave feeling much better about myself.she is professional but also genuinely lovely warm and caring,she’s very easy to talk to and takes a lot of care and attention with everything she does.I rely on her massively,and always look forward to our appointments.💗

I already go to Jess for my nails and lip/brow wax, but today after years of putting it off had my first ever leg wax I thought would be painful but Jess is so professional and gentle I felt at ease and comfortable!!100% recommend Jess she is a perfectionist and this is clear in all her services 💅🏼🔥💯😎

I'm buzzing because I've never been able to grow my nails under acrylic tips, long enough or strong enough to not need them, until today. My own nails look beautiful,great summer colour and perfect shape . This is all down to the care of my nails by Jess over the past 6 months ,Thank you .My eyebrows look fantastic too ,as usual .

Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough. We just went for a classic french this time and they are fabulous. Thank so much and Merry Christmas xxx

Claire kindly fitted me in at very short notice after my usual nail tech let me down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I live just round the corner, which is a bonus, but more importantly Claire made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. The service was fantastic and I’ll definitely be going back.

I had a lovely experience at Lady C's today. Claire was extremely professional and informative throughout the whole process of having a facial and my lips enhanced. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The boutique itself is absolutely stunning, and her prices are very reasonable for the high-quality service she provides. absolutely fabulous, quick clean procedure, had eyebrows tinted and waxed and look fantastic and had a skin booster injection which were completey pain free and finished in a jiffy. Highly recommend.
