What a great experience! Jojo was nervous but committed, and it was such a great experience. 10 YO first holes and she left with a cute lil updo, some color, and glitter with those new studs! She had the best belated 10th birthday day. Barbara (I think, my memory stinks, the owner) made it such as personal experience and not one tear was shed. My girl went in a babe and came out a young lady, thank you! I’m sure we will return for something, they have so many things to offer. So many services available.

Heidi was very nice and did an excellent job cutting my hair. This shop has been our family’s go to since they opened and we’ve never been disappointed. My last haircut was in North Portland, took twice as long, and cost me about $15 more, so this was a much better option. Thanks!

I have a pixie that my daughter normally maintains for me, but since we live 3 hours away from each other, I needed to find someone local who understood a true pixie cut it and how to cut and style it. I found Shawna on the internet after calling several salons in the Uptown Village and being told no one did Pixies. She had a great profile showcasing a variety of work. I was not disappointed. She was not only skilled but also very warm and friendly! A delight to converse with. I'll definitely be back!

The girls had a great time. One of the stylists didn’t arrive until 30min into the party, which made it a bit anxiety driven and girls had to wait and line up. But the other two stylists did their best to make it work. When the third person finally arrived she was also good, just wished all styles were in time so the girls didn’t have to wait as much. Thanks for a nice party!

I have been to ALOT of barbers in Portland and the surrounding area. Shauna is the only one that has lived up to my high expectations of what a barber entails. I won’t let anyone else touch my beard. She’s also a great person and I always have an amazing g exsperiance everytime I go. I couldn’t be happier.

Jen does a great job on my teens hair! He has tight curls and in the past had some bad haircuts with others, she does an excellent job with his texture and style!

Shea was delightful. Listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to get my hair and beard looking exactly how I wanted it. I showed her my vision, she executed perfectly. Soft touch with a straight blade and the lines were perfect. One of the few times I haven’t had razor burn. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Shawna is an artist that has Mastered her craft. There us an abundance of decent barbers in Portland, but Shawna is one of the few experts in town. I don't think Shawna truly knows how awesome she is, because she is still humble, approachable, and not an egomaniac.

Had two great haircuts with Pete today. One of which was our 2 yr olds first haircut and Pete was very friendly and wonderful with the kids. He did a great job with both a short style and long style cut.

Loved our experience. Went in for our sons very first hair cut and Desirae did so amazing. She was patient and gentle. Loved the keep sake with his curl.

Rebecca did the most fantastic job! I don't know what it was about her that made my very wary three year old calm and act like a completely different child, but she did. We have had many hair cuts and he loses his mind every time. It's usually an absolute nightmare. But this time, not a tear was shed, he barely noticed her cutting his hair and was completely enthralled in his cartoons. He got his first complete cut in his whole life, hair styled and everything!!! Thank you so much Rebecca! I'm so grateful that his hair looks so great right before the holidays!

Shawna is the bomb! She does the best fades in Portland hands down. Concrete Tree House Salon is also a very nice place with lots of beautiful greenery and a laid back, relaxing environment. I highly recommend going to get a cut from Shawna and trying this salon!

My 3 year old granddaughter loves Sage Salon. She always feels so special getting her hair cut and styled. I'm always impressed by the quality of haircut she gets, and the attention and care she is shown.
