I’m literally obsessed with my hair!! Honestly if you’re looking for the best hair salon in Victoria BC look no further than ecoChic. I’ve tried so many places downtown but nothing beats the vibe at The Bay Centre. I booked an Aveda Head Spa with Emily because my scalp was feeling so dry and oh my god… she is a miracle worker. It was the most relaxing experience ever. Total game changer. Emily also nailed the color—it’s so rich and glossy now. If you want the best head spa in Victoria or just a really high end cut and color you have to ask for Emily at ecoChic. It’s worth every penny. 10/10

It was great. It was my first time there. I was tired of the super short, boring cuts I’ve been getting from various salons in Victoria. (My hair has been cut short for years). I left it to Lisa with my only suggestion to have it cut in layers. She gave me exactly what I wanted!

As always, Diane gave me excellent service and an excellent cut! I don’t like coming to downtown Victoria but Diane makes the trip worthwhile! I wish your salon was somewhere else, maybe Mayfair? Hillside? Royal Oak?

Loeticia was amazing and this salon provides the best salon service in Victoria! Timely, efficient, professional courteous (offering lots of tea and checking in) and high quality service for an affordable price. I highly recommend Kazen if you want a salon that will listen to what you want you desire hair cut/color wise and execute it. I got a new dye job and love it! Loetitia is a wonderful stylist and I cant get over how quick she is. Dye wash cut blow dry style done and looking fabulous in just over an hour. Highly recommend!

Treated respectfully. Felt benefit of skilled practitioner Have minor concerns around paying standards fee when no shampoo or blow dry requested owing to eyelid surgery. Would like to follow up my rebooking .
