I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. He was professional, attentive, and made sure the results turned out beautifully. I’m so happy with how smooth and straight my hair looks. I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Days prior to our appointment our stylists messaged us for a consult asking about our current hair state and what we’d like to achieve. When we got there we were greeted warmly by our Mii (my hairstylist) and Yuki (Rb’s hairstylist). We both got a wash and blow dry and they consulted us with each step of the hair cut to make sure we were happy. Defo worth going to Richmond for this experience.

Sayaka was my stylist and she was great. She was able to give me the hairstyle that I showed her and even gave me tips on how to dry and style my hair. I’ll be back to see her again :)

Yuri is very responsible, reached out a few days in advance to discuss the style and consult my hair’s condition. She also gave detailed directions to help me find the store. She is attentive and professional. The hair wash was very relaxing and the hair cut was great. Very good experience!

The experience here is amazing!! It was my first time being at a professional hair salon and I am super impressed with my new hair. My hair before looks boring w no style but thanks to Kana, she understood what I wanted and gave my hair a new life. Now I feel so confident with it. Yuki is always so gentle and takes her time to communicate with me on what style I would like. During the whole process, she would walk me through all the steps and making sure I am happy with the result. This is my third time having her to do my hair :) highly recommended!!

Mii is one of the most professional and caring hairstylists I’ve ever been to. She took the time to patiently go through all the options with me and truly listened to what I wanted. Rika was a joy! Her consultation was thorough and attentive, and she made sure that we were both on the same page about all the details.
