As someone new to Fort Langley, I’m so thankful I booked with Daniela. It can feel really scary changing hairdressers and trusting someone new with your hair, but I left feeling so incredibly happy. From the moment I sat down, she took the time to really ask what I wanted and listened carefully. She was incredibly kind, meticulous, and thoughtful with every detail. I also really appreciated that I never felt pressured to chat the entire appointment — it was such a comfortable and relaxing experience. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and so happy with my hair. I’ll be back! 💁‍♀️

Shaun was friendly and made me feel welcome. He listened to what I wanted and took great care to cut my hair the way I had asked. I was very happy with the result. Afterwards I had a snack at a nearby bakery. Fort Langley is a charming destination in and of itself, which adds to the experience of visiting The Fox and The Fawn.

Cutest place and best service! Shaun has been cutting my hair for years so when he made his way to Fort Langley I of course has to drive out from Vancouver to support. Shaun and Jacqui have the most adorable family and the effort and love put into their new place shows as soon as you walk in. If you live in Langley this will definitely be your new favourite hair salon and if you live farther away and want to check out the adorable streets of Fort Langley, I highly recommend making the trip and getting your hair cut/coloured by some of the best!

I went in for a haircut, wash, and blow-dry, and it was such an amazing experience! The wash was so relaxing, the cut was exactly what I wanted, and the blow-dry left my hair feeling soft, fresh, and full of life. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Shaun was great. He knew what was working and what wasn’t with my current haircut even before I said what I wanted him to do. But he listened to me as well. we had a great chat and shared some laughs while he was shampooing, cutting and styling and I left looking so much better than when I arrived. Susana was great from start to finish. I had a wonderful relaxing shampooing with an easy haircut with a nice roll brush straightening while being blow dried. She also gave me suggestions for my perimenopausal thinning hair in natural simple ways to try. I'm looking for a new permanent hairdresser as mine retired and after trying a couple other places over the past 2 years I'm gonna go back and see her again as it was a welcoming experience. That's a positive in my books 🤗

Daniela did a fantastic job highlighting my hair and re-taping my hair extensions. She asked a lot of questions to get a clear understanding of what colour I was hoping for. She took her time and I was very happy with my hair. She is lovely and I would recommend her and Opal Beauty Lounge.

Taylor was great! So friendly and approachable. She listened to what I asked for and I'm so happy with my cut. She was also great with my young daughter for her first haircut. I will definitely book with her again! Opal has such a nice atmosphere and vibe and I look forward to my next visit.
