I suffer with my posterior chain due to my physical job and training. I see Megan on a regular basis and she always rectifies my aches and pains. She's always welcoming and makes me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend a visit to MC Sports Therapy.

Another great session to get me back in shape after a muscle decided to misbehave. Back to golf; running and weight training - not all at once!

Fab few sessions & rehab plan from Molly. Now training again pain free.

First visit and Megan quickly assessed my long standing injury and understood the problem from the outset. Megan tested and identified specific areas with a full commentary on what was going on, why, and all the while with enthusiastic encouragement that with correct rehab, I’ll be able to continue with my training. Megan was extremely professional yet sympathetic to the frustration and pain/irritation of trying to run and exercise with a long-standing injury. Thank you, and now time to do the homework!

I had a great sports massage today with Stephen. My legs have been extremely sore since marathon training, and this massage was exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend and will be back post marathon!
